Does anyone have suggestions for a family of 8. We want an efficiency, we would like to be ';near'; the action ie: live entertainment, amusement, water, on boardwalk. 2 adults, 6 children 19, 18, 16, 10. Its very hard to search what we want because we would like at least a 3BR condo/suite type hotel. Help please ;)
Family of 8 accomodations, On Boardwalk Help
Most accomodations that are ';nice'; at or near the attraction (between inlet and 9th st on boardwalk) are hotels. The condos that are real nice don%26#39;t start till you hit 15th st and above. There are a few hotels that offer two room suites that could cater to your needs. I%26#39;ll check and get back to you.

There are several new condo buildings right on the boardwalk. If I%26#39;m not mistaken the one is around 2nd st and the boards and the other may be down a few blocks. The names are South Beach and I think Belmont Towers.
If you go to www.cbvacations.com there is a search feature which lets you look for the number of bedrooms and other features you want.
Yes check www.cbvacations.com but also the Polonysien on 3rd and boardwalk is a very nice condo rental.(sorry if I mispelled that)
Also Parrot Lagoon rents out homes in that Inlet to 9th st area but are not on the boardwalk.
We stayed at the Dunes Hotel on 28th Street one year in the oceanfront patio apartment rooms and fit 7 of us. It had two bedrooms, one with a master bedroom, one with 2 doubles that would fit 4, and a pull out sofa in the living room that would fit 2. It also had 2 bathrooms with showers and a full kitchen. You could fit there relatively comfortably. It also had a nice large private patio (much bigger than a balcony) right in front of your room, which was nice. The Dunes is right at the end of the boardwalk and within walking distance to many attractions, and the boardwalk tram station is right next to the hotel in case you would rather ride to the end of the boardwalk (it is a pretty far walk to the other end where the rides are). We were pleased with our stay there. The only other place I can think of where you might fit would be the cabana studios at the Days Inn on 23rd Street on the Boardwalk. I have never stayed there, but I think they are pretty big rooms. Good luck!
Thank you so much :) We could get 2 hotels rooms if they were adjoined.
