I would avoid the huge condos and go with a smaller mid town condo. We%26#39;ve found that the high rises beaches are dirtier and much more crowded. Try looking at Holiday Real Estate%26#39;s website. They divide up their condos by location with pics both inside and out, and they rate their units on a scale of 1 to 5. www.holidayoc.com Hope that helps.

The Golden Sands has a lot of ammenities, and some beautiful units. The oceanfront is really nice. But their elevator system is very, very slow during peak times. The units in the Quay dont have as nice a view. The facilities are not as well kept, and the ac unit are in the bedroom, which can make for some noise. The Capri is right next to the golden sands, as is the Quay. You can walk over to the golden sands deck for their poolbar and snacks. I liked the Capri better than the Quay. You just have to watch for which unit you get, some are located way back in the building, which makes the view almost nonexsistant.
Depending on what size unit you need, you might want to look into the SeaWatch. Most of their units are 2 bedrooms and a den, 2 baths. The building is built so all have ocean view. Towards the front is better than further back(units ending with 01,02,03 and 11,12,13 are more front.)They have indoor and outdoor pools, playground, game room ect.
