Good Resturant near the Inner Harbor

I have a conference in Baltimore with a night flight.

Can some one recomend a good seafood resturant where I can get an early meal.

I am going to assume you are talking about any early dinner and not lunch. If you are trying to stay right in the immediate area of the convention center I would try Luna Del Sea right on Pratt St across from the convention center. They open at 11 am for lunch. Have eaten there several times for lunch and have good meals. You did not mention your budget but there is Pisces on Light St in the Hyatt Regency [ expensive], Rusty Scupper @ the end of the inner harbor promenade- have had good meals there but at times can be mediocre[ view can%26#39;t be beat and they open at 11:30 am ]. A very short cab ride on the other side of the harbor is Fells Point where you are as restricted with chain restaurants I would try John Steven Ltd on Thames St , opens at 11:30 or Kali%26#39;s Court also on Thames St but does not open until 5pm[ really, really good food but expensive]. maybe others will respond with their choices!

Sorry- had a typo in my previous response. Meant to say you are NOT as restricted in Fells Point with chain restaurants as you are in immediate inner harbor area.

If you want to stay in the Inner Harbor, McCormick and Schmick, I generally do not recommend chains, but it is convenient. The Oceannaire in the Inner Harbor East is upscale and good. Mama%26#39;s on the Half Shell in Canton or Nick%26#39;s in Cross Street Market for a more ';locals'; Baltimore experience. Both Fells Point recommendations are excellent. I don%26#39;t like the Rusty Scupper except for drinks.

I second Mccormick and Schmick. If it%26#39;s seafood you want that is the place as this is what they specialize in. They have a nice pub seating section and the restaraunt that is sectioned off in different rooms.
