Hi looking to stay in New York next June for 5 nights, would like to be around Greenwich Village, had considered inn on 23rd and just saw latest review.
Any suggestions or somewhere safe comfy quiet but good for getting round - thanks Sally

I go up all of the time. First, you need to figure out what your budget is. Hotels in Manahattan run $250+ per night.
I personally like the Wall Street Inn, which is down in the Financial District. You get a break on weekends when it runs about $200 per night. Really nice, clean boutique hotel. I%26#39;ve stayed in Times Square which is just touristy and loud. Much prefer staying downtown.
The subway is right there and it is very easy to navigate.
