I have been trying to contact a specific property owner for a couple of months about renting next year (on VRBO). It%26#39;s not until September, but I am eager to book early. I have emailed the same person 3 times and still no responses. I had also tried to contact a realty office and had no responses from them yet. Is it too early? I know when I tried to book a trip in 2007 for a trip in 2008 with cbvacations.com, nothing was really there for 2008 yet until January 2008. Slowly, the rest of the year was filled in for individual units and I%26#39;d say everyone had their rates up by Feb or very early March for the whole year.
I am pretty sure that cbvacations has 2009 rates up.
