Ocean Time Resort

Was just wondering if anyone had any 1st hand information on this Timeshare. Looks fairly basic, but that is all we really need for a beach vacation. Looks very close to the beach.

Just keep in mind that any type of time shares are the worst possible real estate investment.Each week in the local papers are pages of people unloading their weeks.Some just let it go on the auction block.

Timeshares do not have to be a bad investment. You just have to buy smart. Buy a resale at a place you want to go to, or in a good week in which the fees are not too high. We have had the best vacations going to our timeshares and trading to go other places. We have definately saved money.
