Finding a flight

How does one find a non stop flight online FROM Las Vegas TO Baltimore? I can find many that arrive here non stop, but all the ones going to Baltimore want to route me through other cities on different planes. I don%26#39;t want to change planes, and everything online (travelocity, expedia, hotwire, etc., even trip advisor) wants to route me through Denver, Houston or Washington, D.C. Does anyone in Baltimore know of a website that won%26#39;t do this? It seems if you check ';non stop preferred';, they never mean non stop, but always give you 1-2 stops. I%26#39;d prefer any help I can get without having to call each airline individually.
