Basicaly is it worth going? I%26#39;m looking for a reason to head to OC for a few days. Anybody been in OC when they had the parade and whats it like?
May 30th Ravens ParadeThat whole weekend is the Ravens Roost Convention when all the Roost in Md,Pa,and De.come to Ocean City. (about 2500 -3000 people).
The parade is just part of the activities which center around The Castle in the Sand.
The parade is pretty good,abou 2 hours long with bands,players, and floats from each of the Roost.

I just wish we could be having a BIG parade in Baltimore next Tuesday!!!!!
What else do they have besides the parade during the Ravens gathering?
There are contests between the Roosts like volleyball, tug of war and horse shoes. Friday night there is singing in a tent on the Sand in the Castle parking lot.
The parade is a highlight. Its amazing to see what the Roosts come up with to match the ';theme'; of the weekend. Not sure what it is for this year but we will know soon.
Lots of people in town and if you are a Raven fan you can talk to anyone in purple and be welcomed.
Most of the other events are closed to the public.
Friday they generally have a cookout and a bon-fire.
Saturday is a huge bull roast and there is a golf tournament Saturday morning.
Visiting all the Roost%26#39;s hospitality rooms always good for a laugh and there%26#39;s free draft beer all weekend.
