Just wondering if anyone has stayed in the ';double wide'; units at Montego Bay near 130th Street? Some of them look quite nice and the weekly rates are reasonable. Would be interested to hear any comments.
Montego Bay
I live in Montego Bay as a full time resident and the development as a whole is fantastic.
We have two pools, tennis courts, shuffle boards ,and a minature golf course. It%26#39;s just far enough off of the highway that it%26#39;s quiet and kid friendly.It%26#39;s also within walking distance of Northside Park and kids are able to fish off the back bulkheads in the bay.
The units are all privately owned and both the single and double wide mobiles are being phased out by regular housing. So each unit would have to be judge on it%26#39;s own.
The main thing to remember is this is a residental area and the folks really don%26#39;t tolerate noise late at night, parying, or late night motorcycle runs, etc.
So.if your looking for an ideal ';family'; vacation location I would highly recommend Montego Bay.

Here%26#39;s more info.
Thanks for the info. Sounds like a good option to consider. There are two units on S. Ocean Drive that are available and appear rather nice from the pictures.
South Ocean Drive locations are great. If you have direct bay view you may not want to leave your deck.Be sure to get the pool passes from the owner or they won%26#39;t let you in.
Have a great time.
Is there a place on that website that shows rentals available?
The units are owned and rented by individuals and I would assume you would go through a reator. The way you would rent a condo.
northbeachrealtors.com if you go to this website and go into their rental inventory, there will be a dropdown selection for Montego Bay.
Thank you, Bongo, that%26#39;s perfect.
