Things to do in Cambridge

Is there anything to do in Cambridge or within a half hour drive? I saw that there are a handful of museums, are they any good?

Cambridge is a quiet Eastern Shore town. The arrival of the Hyatt brought a better choice of restaurants, outdoor outfitters and spa services. I think a visit in the spring, summer or fall would be more enjoyable than the winter because you could take advantage of the Bay. My favorite place is the Balackwater Refuge. I know nothing about the museums.

When are you planning to visit?

The town of St. Michael%26#39;s MD is a favorite touristy historic little town on a peninsula all surrounded by water. Seafood restaurants, gift shops, and ferryboats. Easton MD has antique shops. The city of Salisbury has a University and a small Zoo.

I will try to find more winter activities. Is there any mountain sports (skiing, etc.)?

No real winter activities (unless you are into goose hunting then you are in luck) ... the Eastern Shore is flat as pancake and due to its proximity to ocean and the Gulf Stream, winters tend to be relatively mild.
