Head across the river just five minutes away. Two great choices in Shepherdstown, WV are Three Onions and the Yellow Brick Bank.
Along the way in Boonsboro, South Mountain Inn dates back to the 1700s. Been a loooong time since I%26#39;ve eaten there, but it was decent way back when.
