Thinking about renting a 5 bedroom townhome at Beach Place North. Has anyone stayed here? I know they are older units, but just wondering what they are like inside.

This place is a dump. We rented this property a few years ago and it was filthy. The carpet had dust all along the baseboards. The cleaning service only vacuumed in the middle of room. The decor was old and falling apart. The upstairs bedroom had ants. Unless the place has been totally gutted and remodeled, I wouldn%26#39;t stay here.
Thanks for the info. According to the description and pictures, the kitchen and living room area of the unit have been updated. But the bedrooms do look quite old. As far as the space and location go it seems to be a good fit for our group, but I don%26#39;t want to stay in a dump for a week. Any suggestions for a group of 12?
We are renting the Seawatch 800. It is 4-bedroom and 3-bath. All of the bedrooms have a Queen bed and two of them have bunks in them as well.
It is far from a dump, but the price reflects that. I don%26#39;t know when you%26#39;re planning on going, but the prices during July/August are pretty expensive.
This is rented through cbvacations. They have pictures and an interactive floor plan.
Wow, that%26#39;s a beautiful place! I guess you get what you pay for. Have a great time on vacation and enjoy your lovely condo.
