I would add the dock surrounding the Marriott and Puser%26#39;s Landing.

The landing is the best spot, I think. Just get there early!

Lucky us will be at the Naval Academy that weekend for the NBAC swim meet.

What time does the parade start? We will already be on the USNA grounds-

Any bars on the Eastport side of the bridge where I could keep myself warm with an adult beverage until the parade begins and then run outside and view the lighted boats?

You can see Spa Creek while having drinks at the Chart House in Eastport, and possibly Carroll%26#39;s Creek restaurant too.

Good watering hole is the Boatyard Bar %26amp; Grill in Eastport.
