I will be traveling with my family through New England during the holidays and will spend Christmas Eve in Baltimore.

I would like to get a recomendation for a place to have dinner on Chrstmas Eve

I would check out the restaurants in Little Italy - they are bound to be serving great versions of the traditional Seven Fishes Dinner that evening. Maybe someone else has specific recommendations about where exactly to go, but that would be my starting point. I ate at La Scala in Little Italy last year in Baltimore and it was wonderful - you might want to go to their website and see what is available or e-mail them.

Chinese restaurants will be open on Christmas Eve. I%26#39;m sorry I do know any specifically.

Also, several years ago I ate at McCormick and Schmicks on Christmas Day. It wasn%26#39;t for ';Christmas Dinner';, just dinner on Christmas Day. They might be open on Christmas Eve. The same company owns M%26amp;S Grill, too.

I%26#39;d suggest Cinghiale at the Harbor on President Street. It%26#39;s beautiful there and the food is fabulous. I got an email that they are doing a 4 course dinner that sounds really good....$59 a person not including wine. Barolo braised short ribs, chestnut soup, lobster agnoletti...what%26#39;s not to like?

Although many places are open Christmas eve most close early and I would suggest a reservation (if possible) where ever you decide to go.

I love Little Italy and Chiparellis is one of our favorites.

You didn%26#39;t say where you were staying - there are great places to eat in other areas of Baltimore as well.
